How to Join Franklin Gymsports
Interested in joining Franklin Gymsports? We’d love to have you! All enrolments are done through our Friendly Manager portal, which is quick and easy to use. Create an account or log in, select a class suitable for your child’s age and ability, and follow the registration steps.
New to the club?
You can book a trial class before committing to the term. Trial classes cost $15 and can be booked through the same portal. Register your child and choose the pay later option. Payment must be made upon arrival before the class.
Payment & Fee Information (Full Fee Policy)
Our fee structure ensures smooth programme operation and fairness for all members. Here’s a summary:
Term Fees
Fees are charged per term and must be paid by the end of week 2. Invoices are sent via upon enrolment confirmation Your child’s spot is secured only after payment is received.
Due Dates & Late Fees
All fees must be paid by the invoice due date (usually before Week 2). Late payments may incur an administration fee.
Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer the Friendly Manager portal using Stripe. Weekly payment plans are not available, but split payments may be arranged under special by contacting the office in advance.
