Franklin Gymsports Holiday Programme provides a safe, exciting, and engaging environment for children aged 5–13 during the school holidays. Each day is packed with gymnastics circuits, games, challenges, crafts, and supervised free play in the gym.

Programme Details
IMPORTANT- Please read carefully
Your child will need a packed lunch along with morning and afternoon snacks. We encourage families to provide food that can be eaten without reheating or needing boiling water, such as noodles to ensure safety on the floor while eating.
When you arrive, please sign your child in at reception. At pick-up, sign them out with the supervisor inside the club, children are not to be collected from outside the club.
If you have someone else other than those registered on your account picking up your child, please email us [email protected] to inform us of who the authorised pick-up person will be.
Holiday Programme Fee Policy
Registration & Payment
Bookings are completed online, and full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the programme.
Late Picks up
For late pick-ups, a $10 fee per quarter hour may apply after the program ends.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Changes & Transfers
Changes to bookings (e.g., switching dates) may be accommodated only if space allows and must be requested in writing and a $10 administration fee apply.
Club Cancellations
If the Holiday Programme is cancelled by the gym due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrolment, facility issues), parents will be offered the choice of a refund or a credit towards a future programme.
Sibling Discounts
Discounts apply only to siblings enrolled simultaneously and will only be applied while all siblings are actively enrolled. The sibling discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers and will be applied to regular memberships and holidays programme.
Discounts apply to the lowest-priced classes or membership if siblings are enrolled in classes of differing costs.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked date: Refunds will be considered with a cancellation fee of $10
- Same-day cancellations or non-attendance (medical or not): Refunds will not be issued.

- Second Child: 10% discount applied to fees.
- Third Child & Additional Siblings: 20% discount applied to fees.
